Other Important Details:

• Two night minimum
• Rates are subject to change.
• Discounts are offered for extended stays.
• Credit Card is required to book a reservation and then upon check-in.
• We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Cash or Travelers Checks.
• Check-in is after 3pm.
• Check-out is by 11am.
• Outdoor barbecuing, grilling, campfires, fireworks or open flames are not permitted.
• Boat and kayak rentals must be rented by 10:00 am and returned by 4:00 pm.
• Boat and kayak rentals are cash or charge.
  Rentals are contingent upon fair weather,
  at the sole discretion of the Dock Master.
• Marina Dockage Fees (Transient slip - 30 or 50 Amp Power - No Power but staying on board - No Water): $3.00/foot per night plus tax off-season, $4.00/foot per night plus tax on-season, $15 for an additional 50 amp.
• Dockage Fees (Rinehart, Blue Heron and Inn Rooms - no power & not staying aboard): $2.00/foot per night plus tax
• Accommodations, restaurant and lounge are non-smoking facilities.
• More than 90% of our docks are available for transient dockage on a first come, first served basis and we do not discriminate against any individual because of race, color, religion, sex, National origin, age, handicap or marital status.
• Pets: Sorry, in consideration of the large amount of natural wildlife on the island, no pets other than ADA service animals are allowed on the premises.

Cancellation Policy

• Reservations cancelled more than 2 weeks prior to arrival: No Charge
• Reservations cancelled less than 2 weeks prior to arrival: Total Due is charged to your credit card.
• Cabbage Key does not issue refunds to guests who depart early.
